Methodology

The PADI PM Process

A four-phase project management framework — Plan, Adapt, Deliver, Integrate — designed to guide every Craze, Monroe & Associates (CMA) engagement from foundation through long-term operational success.

Our Delivery Framework

Structure, Flexibility, and Results — Built Into Every Phase

The PADI PM Process ensures every project is meticulously planned, adaptively managed, delivered efficiently, and integrated seamlessly into the client's operations. Each phase produces clear deliverables your organization can act on.

  1. Phase 1

    Plan

Establish a solid foundation by aligning goals, defining scope, identifying stakeholders, managing risks, and creating a roadmap for execution.

The Planning phase is where the project comes to life — defining what needs to be done, why it needs to be done, and how it will be accomplished. Every successful project starts with thorough planning, clear expectations, and measurable objectives.

    Key Tasks

    • Define project goals and SMART objectives
    • Develop the Project Charter
    • Identify stakeholders and conduct impact analysis
    • Define scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria
    • Develop risk management and mitigation plan
    • Build project schedule with milestones and dependencies
    • Estimate budget and identify resources

    Deliverables

    • Project Charter
    • Stakeholder Register
    • Risk Register
    • Project Schedule
    • Resource Plan
  2. Phase 2

    Adapt

Manage the project dynamically by monitoring progress, responding to changes, and ensuring alignment with goals in a rapidly evolving environment.

Even the best plans encounter change. The Adapt phase is where project flexibility comes into play — adjusting to evolving circumstances, managing risk in real time, and keeping stakeholders aligned throughout execution.

    Key Tasks

    • Monitor performance via status reports, KPIs, and EVM
    • Conduct regular stakeholder status meetings
    • Implement change control process to govern scope creep
    • Evaluate change impacts on schedule, budget, and resources
    • Continuously monitor and update risk mitigation plans
    • Maintain stakeholder engagement and communication loops
    • Apply Agile decision-making for iterative adjustments
    • Perform ongoing quality control and resource reallocation

  3. Phase 3

    Deliver

Execute all project tasks and deliverables, ensuring completion within scope, on time, and on budget.

The Deliver phase is where the work gets done. It is the culmination of all planning and adapting efforts — focused on meeting or exceeding stakeholder expectations and ensuring the project achieves its objectives.

    Key Tasks

    • Manage team and subcontractor performance
    • Ensure quality assurance through audits and reviews
    • Track milestones and take corrective action when needed
    • Conduct client and stakeholder reviews for formal approval
    • Prepare project closeout documentation and financial reconciliation

    Deliverables

    • Completed Deliverables
    • Quality Audit Reports
    • Milestone Tracker
    • Client Approval Records
    • Closeout Documentation
  4. Phase 4

    Integrate

Integrate project outcomes into the client's operations, ensure knowledge transfer, and close with a focus on long-term sustainability.

The Integrate phase ensures the project's results are fully embedded into the client's operations and that lessons learned are captured for continuous improvement. This is how CMA ensures the value we deliver lasts beyond the engagement.

    Key Tasks

    • Transition deliverables to appropriate operational teams
    • Conduct knowledge transfer and end-user training
    • Compile final reports including financials and lessons learned
    • Provide post-implementation support and feedback process
    • Evaluate project success against original objectives and KPIs
    • Officially close project and recognize team contributions

    • Training Materials
    • Final Project Report
