Principal & President

Jody brings over 30 years of experience directing large-scale capital improvement programs, technical operations, and multidisciplinary project teams across the public and private sectors. Before founding CMA, she served as Acting Director of Capital Projects for the City of Houston — overseeing six delivery lines including Real Estate, Facilities, Infrastructure, Technical Support Services, the Project Management Office, and the Northeast Water Purification Plant Expansion. In that role, she implemented a comprehensive Project Management Process Guide and intensive training program for inspection, audit, and compliance processes. At CMA, Jody leads every engagement with the same structured, compliance-driven approach: disciplined documentation, and direct accountability at every level.

Kimberley Monroe

Cofounder & Vice President

Kimberley is a highly skilled enterprise portfolio manager with over 30 years experience leading transformation initiatives and building high-performing project management organizations. She specializes in establishing and maturing PMOs, implementing enterprise delivery frameworks, and developing the policies, reporting cadences, and governance structures that give leadership real visibility into program performance. Known for aligning strategic priorities with measurable outcomes, Kimberley leverages data-driven reporting, KPI development, and structured performance management to support executive decision-making. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, she brings coaching expertise to team development and organizational change — ensuring projects consistently improve operational efficiency and deliver against their original objectives.
